Scrump has three public plans: Free, Plus, and Pro. See current checkout options at scrumpbot.com/pricing.

Public plans

Pro includes everything in Plus. Each paid subscription can be assigned to one Discord server at a time. Starboard is available on every plan. Free servers can choose a threshold of 3, 4, or 5 with the standard ⭐ reaction and Scrump side colour. Plus and Pro unlock thresholds from 1 to 50, Unicode or same-server custom emoji, and a custom side colour. See How to set up a Discord Starboard.

Seven-day Pro trial

The /free-trial command opens a seven-day Stripe trial of Pro.
  • Anyone who belongs to the server can start its trial; Manage Server is not required.
  • A payment method authorization is required.
  • Billing starts when the seven days end unless the subscription is canceled first.
  • Each Discord user can only ever start one trial, and each Discord server can only ever receive one.
  • Failed membership or eligibility checks do not consume the trial.

Upgrades and downgrades

Use the server dashboard to change an eligible Stripe subscription between Plus and Pro. Stripe calculates the proration for the remaining billing period before the change is confirmed. Downgrading hides plan-restricted history and features; it does not delete retained statistics, archives, custom messages, blocked-image entries, or bad-avatar entries. Upgrading reveals eligible retained data again. Examples:
  • Pro to Plus hides voice statistics and history older than 30 days, and pauses blocked-image and bad-avatar matching.
  • Plus to Free hides the website moderation archive and paid statistics controls, and restores default moderation and scam messages at runtime.
  • Plus or Pro to Free keeps Starboard available but restores the standard ⭐ reaction, standard side colour, and a threshold within the Free 3-5 range at runtime.
  • Upgrading back restores access to retained data within the new plan’s window.
