A paid subscription belongs to the Discord account that completed checkout. After buying Plus or Pro, assign that subscription to the server where you want its features enabled.

Enable from the website

Open Servers

Sign in at scrumpbot.com and select Servers.

Choose a server

Find the active subscription, choose an eligible server from Assign to server, and select Assign. Scrump must already be installed in the server.

Confirm the plan

Open the server dashboard. The assigned plan and its features should now be available.

Enable from Discord

Run /plus enable in the server while signed in to the Discord account that owns an active, unassigned subscription. Scrump assigns the first available subscription to that server.
Each subscription can be assigned to one server at a time. Moving an assigned subscription may be subject to the transfer cooldown shown in the dashboard.

If the server is missing

Check that:
  • Scrump is installed and online in the server.
  • You are signed in with the Discord account that owns the subscription.
  • The subscription is active or trialing and is not already assigned elsewhere.
  • The website has been allowed to refresh your current Discord servers.
If the subscription is still unavailable, use the support server.
