Setup a sticky message on your server
Requires Manage Server permission
Adding Sticky Messages

Send Message
Send a message which you want your sticky message to be. You can use markdown and emojis as well

Copy Message Link
Right Click (tap & hold) on the message you sent and click “Copy Message Link”

Use sticky message add command
Use the /sticky-message add command. Choose a channel where you want the sticky message to be used in. Input your message URL from Step 2.
Managing Sticky Messages
Use /sticky-message list to see a list of channels where sticky messages are Setup
Use /sticky-message remove channel: followed by a channel to remove the sticky message
