# Plans, trials, and upgrades

> Compare Scrump Free, Plus, and Pro and understand trials, upgrades, and retained data

Scrump has three public plans: Free, Plus, and Pro. See current checkout options at [scrumpbot.com/pricing](https://scrumpbot.com/pricing).

## Public plans

| Plan | Price | Best for |
| ---- | ------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Free | EUR 0 | Core moderation and community features |
| Plus | EUR 3.99 monthly or EUR 29.99 yearly | Higher limits, chart channels, archives, and deeper statistics |
| Pro | EUR 12.99 monthly or EUR 97.99 yearly | Every public feature, two-year history, voice statistics, and Block Unwanted Images |

Pro includes everything in Plus. Each paid subscription can be assigned to one Discord server at a time.

## Seven-day Plus trial

The `/free-trial` command opens a seven-day Stripe trial of Plus.

* The redeemer must have **Manage Server**.
* A payment method authorization is required.
* Billing starts when the seven days end unless the subscription is canceled first.
* Each Discord user and each Discord server can redeem a trial only once.
* Failed permission or eligibility checks do not consume the trial.

## Upgrades and downgrades

Use the server dashboard to change an eligible Stripe subscription between Plus and Pro. Stripe calculates the proration for the remaining billing period before the change is confirmed.

Downgrading hides plan-restricted history and features; it does not delete retained statistics, archives, or Block Unwanted Images entries. Upgrading reveals eligible retained data again.

Examples:

* Pro to Plus hides voice statistics and history older than 30 days.
* Plus to Free hides the website moderation archive and paid statistics controls.
* Upgrading back restores access to retained data within the new plan's window.
