# Sticky Messages

> Setup a sticky message on your server

## Adding Sticky Messages

  <Step title="Send Message">
    Send a message which you want your sticky message to be. You can use markdown and emojis as well

  <Step title="Copy Message Link">
    Right Click (tap & hold) on the message you sent and click "Copy Message Link"
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use sticky message add command ">
    Use the `/sticky-message add` command. Choose a channel where you want the sticky message to be used in. Input your message URL from Step 2.

## Managing Sticky Messages

Use `/sticky-message list` to see a list of channels where sticky messages are Setup

Use `/sticky-message remove channel:` followed by a channel to remove the sticky message

## Rich Embed Sticky Messages

Use `/sticky-message embed` to open the website editor for your server. The editor supports authors, linked titles, descriptions, timestamps, fields, and a full-size image with a live Discord preview.

Free servers can add up to two fields and a regular image using the default blue colour. Scrump Plus unlocks up to 25 fields, custom colours, a thumbnail, and footer text with an optional icon.
